The final module of the program provides learners with the opportunity to step into the role of a strategic consultant for real businesses. Under the guidance of faculty members and corporate mentors, learners work in teams to analyze business challenges, propose solutions, and develop actionable plans for SBS’s partner companies.

This 8-week project focuses on key management topics such as restructuring, strategy, digital marketing, digital transformation, human resource management, financial optimization, or innovation.

Through this experience, learners not only reinforce the knowledge gained from the six core modules but also develop a consulting mindset, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams—essential qualities of modern business leaders.

    (applicable to learners who register for an individual course instead of the full Upskilling Certificates program)

With strong expertise across multiple teaching areas—including International Business, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, and Research Projects—Ms. Tam brings learners a modern, practical, and globally informed perspective.

She has held several key positions in higher education, such as Dean of the Business Faculty at Swinburne Vietnam – HCMC and Head of the Business Management Program at SBS, and has served as Chief Investigator for numerous Asian research projects. Mr. Le Hoang Viet Tuan (Peter) is a seasoned technology and data expert with a strong academic foundation from the University of Science, VNU-HCM, where he earned his MSc in Computer Science. His teaching portfolio spans a wide range of advanced fields, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Workflow Automation, and AI for Business Applications, offering students a comprehensive and industry-relevant learning experience.

He currently serves as the Head of the Data Science Program at SBS, where he is recognized as both an academic leader and a corporate mentor. His expertise lies in building data-driven cultures through effective data storytelling and leveraging AI to enhance operational performance across organizations.
