I. ABOUT THE COMPETITION AND TRAINING SERIES
➤ Format: Hybrid (Offline & Online)
➤ Timeline: November 14, 2025 – January 11, 2026
➤ Registration deadline: November 09, 2025
➤ Eligibility: Economics-related university students across Vietnam
II. COMPETITION STRUCTURE
📌 ROUND 1: November 14 – December 16, 2025
➤ 20:00 – November 14 to 23:59 – November 17: Filtration Test – Multiple-choice assessment to evaluate participants’ knowledge and analytical ability in real-world retail scenarios.
➤ November 23 – November 28: Business Case 1 Announcement – Analyze a case study from Strategic Partner 1, identify business issues, and propose solutions.
➤ November 16: Training 1: Sales and Trade Marketing – Collaboration to Build and Execute a Go-to-Market Strategy
➤ November 22: Training 2: Business Case Analysis Methodology + Building a Data-driven Strategy
➤ December 13–14 (Offline): Pitching Simulation – TOP 12 teams present their Business Case 1 solutions, receive feedback and professional critiques from the judging panel.
➤ December 16 – January 8: Buddy Program – TOP 8 teams are paired with Buddies for continued guidance, support, and engagement throughout the competition.
📌 ROUND 2: December 18, 2025 – January 8, 2026
➤ December 18: Training 3: Introduction to the Assessment Center + Optimizing Inventory Management Strategies in Retail
➤ January 3 – January 8: Business Case 2 – Analyze a business case from Strategic Partner 2 to identify key challenges and develop actionable solutions.
➤ January 2: Company Tour and Exclusive Training for the Top 4 Teams
➤ January 2 – January 11: Mentoring Program – Each team receives direct guidance from industry experts to refine their strategies and prepare for the Final Round.
📌 GRAND FINAL: RETAIL TO PREVAIL – January 11, 2026
➤ The Top 4 teams will advance to the final stages, competing in two rounds:

- Round 1: Top 4 teams present their Business Case 2 solutions.
- Round 2: Top 2 teams solve a real-time challenge from the Strategic Partner.

*Notes:
- For individual packages: The Organizing Committee will group participants into teams of 2–3 in the Southern region.
- For team packages: Each team must include at least 1–2 members based in the South (Ho Chi Minh City).
