Accompanying her was Ambassador – Dr. Bobby Pamero, founder of Brimestone Academy Global Education System, who also currently serves as Vice President for International Affairs at Pearl of the Orient Theological and Colleges Inc.

The visit was further distinguished by the presence of 12 educational experts from prominent institutions across the Philippines, underscoring the national significance and comprehensive scope of the delegation’s educational mission.

Strategic Dialogue & Strengthening Academic Collaboration

The working session commenced with a warm and respectful welcome from Ms. Mai Vĩnh Trinh, Deputy Director of SBS, who expressed sincere appreciation for the delegation’s visit and affirmed SBS’s commitment to fostering a robust and sustainable partnership with its Philippine counterparts.

In her remarks, Ms. Trinh highlighted the three core pillars that define SBS’s international academic identity:

  • International Qualifications: Degrees awarded by globally recognized top-tier universities

  • International Environment: A multicultural academic space, with over 50% of the student body coming from overseas

  • Industry-Oriented Programs: Each subject is designed with integrated industry projects, one-on-one mentoring, and mandatory internships

As part of the visit, Dr. Bobby Pamero delivered an inspiring message outlining the mission of the World Council, a dynamic organization that not only builds global educational linkages but also expands its impact across public health, community wellness, and sustainable business development. With its extensive interdisciplinary network, the World Council aims to deepen its strategic collaborations with partners like SBS through initiatives that generate long-term value and positive societal impact.

MOU Signing Ceremony & A Shared Vision for Growth

A key highlight of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Saigon Business School and the three visiting universities from the Philippines. In a spirit of mutual respect and collaboration, both parties formally established a strategic partnership, agreeing to pursue several joint initiatives, including:

  • Development of short-term academic and exchange programs

  • Student and faculty mobility initiatives

  • Cross-border internship opportunities for students

The session concluded on a high note, with strong consensus and long-term commitments from both sides. Friendly handshakes and commemorative photographs captured a meaningful moment — one that marked a new chapter in SBS’s journey toward internationalization, where quality education, innovative thinking, and global connectivity remain at the core of its mission.
