INTRODUCING THE VERY FIRST EXECUTIVES PARTNERING WITH "SBS CAREER UP 2024 - SEASON 1"
20/01/2024The program 𝐒𝐁𝐒 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 is built with the aim of creating opportunities for first-year students to engage with businesses, set to kick off on January 23rd, 2024, with the participation of powerful "Bosses" from leading Vietnamese companies.
This is a precious opportunity for students to connect with experienced professionals in fields such as human resources, finance, and marketing, equipping themselves with essential knowledge and skills to start their careers confidently.
Below is the list of "Bosses" who will accompany SBS in the SBS Career Up 2024 - Season 1 program. SBS Career Up 2024 – Mùa 1.

1. Ms Tran Ngoc Thao – Founder of HR Talks - an HR community with over 79,000 members. Ms. Thao has over 10+ years of experience in recruitment. She currently holds the position of Senior Director at Asia White Collar and has previously served as Talent Acquisition Director at Vinfast and Deputy General Director at Pizza Hut Digital Ventures. Ms. Thao is an experienced and passionate mentor who always wants to share her knowledge and experience in the HR industry with young people, helping them find suitable jobs based on their abilities and interests.
2. Mr. Nguyen Nhut Tai – Sales Manager tại Manulife Việt Nam và Founder của Golden Sea English Center. Anh Tài có 11 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành bảo hiểm nhân thọ và 6 năm kinh nghiệm về mảng giáo dục và đào tạo. Anh Tài là một mentor năng động và sáng tạo, luôn tìm kiếm những cách thức mới để truyền đạt kiến thức và kinh nghiệm của mình.
3. Ms. Nguyen Thi Mo – Founder and CEO of Abroader - an international education organization that provides internship and exchange programs for international students coming to Vietnam since 2014. Abroader is listed among the Top 15 Start-ups - Forbes Vietnam and is a partner of leading universities from the US, Australia, Japan, Canada, and Singapore, such as Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, Monash University, and Western Sydney University. Ms. Mo has many years of experience in the education and study abroad consulting field. She is a dedicated and attentive mentor who always wants to help young people have opportunities for studying and developing abroad.
4. Mr. Dinh Trung Hieu – Founder and CEO of Nuoa.io, a company that provides advanced reporting and management solutions for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, supporting businesses in reducing carbon emissions and complying with industry standards, creating a positive impact on sustainable development. Mr. Hieu has many years of experience in entrepreneurship and business. He is a young and enthusiastic mentor who always inspires young people to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
Anh Hiếu có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khởi nghiệp và kinh doanh. Anh là một mentor trẻ trung và nhiệt huyết, luôn truyền cảm hứng cho các bạn trẻ theo đuổi ước mơ khởi nghiệp.
5. Anh Trần Minh Quân – Data & AI Team Lead tại Kyanon Digital – công ty công nghệ với hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tư vấn và kỹ thuật phần mềm và nằm trong Top 10 Vietnam ICT Companies 2022. Hiện tại công ty có hơn 300 nhân viên và 3 văn phòng tại Việt Nam và Singapore và là đối tác đáng tin cậy của nhiều tập đoàn hàng đầu như Starbucks, Unilever, Central Retail và Asia Commercial Bank.
Mr. Quan is a mentor with deep knowledge in the field of data and artificial intelligence. His guidance in the program will help students gain a clear understanding of this field and support them in building a foundation of knowledge and necessary skills for their career paths.
6. Ms. Hanna Ngo – CEO of Gofly Vietnam - an educational organization that provides English courses in the Philippines and internship and job opportunities in countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, and Taiwan. Gofly Vietnam has branches in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Kaohsiung, Taipei, and partners with leading schools in the Philippines such as Winning English, CIA, HELP, and Baci.
With the guidance and support from esteemed partnering businesses, the SBS Career Up program promises to offer valuable and effective experiences to first-year students, helping them confidently embark on their career paths.

SBS Career Up 2024 is a practical program organized by SBS with the goal of providing opportunities for students to engage with businesses right from their first year. In the competition, students will be guided to build CVs that align with their skills and career aspirations, as well as prepare interview skills with mentors who have years of experience from leading companies in the industry.
The program consists of three main rounds:
Round 1: Whose Career? - Exploring career orientations: Discovering popular industries and immersing oneself in a diverse job market.
Round 2: Whose CV? - Building impressive profiles: Learning how to write CVs, resumes, cover letters, and creating outstanding online profiles with the support of experts.
Round 3: Whose Chance? - Shining in front of businesses: Experiencing real interviews in the "Whose Chance - SBS Edition" game show, demonstrating confidence and seizing dream job opportunities.
