A Joyful Night – SBS Christmas Party 2024

On Friday, December 13th, the halls of Saigon Business School came alive with festive cheer as students, faculty, and staff gathered for the much-anticipated “A Joyful Night—SBS Christmas Party.” From joyful laughter to heartwarming connections, the event celebrated community and the holiday spirit. 

Event Highlights

A Warm Welcome

The festivities began with an energetic check-in, where guests captured their holiday best at the photo booth and took part in exciting contests. The lobby buzzed with activities, including Darts, the heartfelt Write a Wish Board, and the daring Spicy Challenge hosted by Love&Spice, adding a fiery twist to the fun! Guests were also treated to a delightful selection of mocktails crafted by the SBS Hospitality Club, paired with hot chocolate and tasty welcome snacks that perfectly set the festive mood. 

Games and Activities

Throughout the evening, guests enthusiastically participated in various fun activities, including Christmas-themed games such as Musical Chairs, “Guess the Song,” and the SBS Christmas Kahoot trivia challenge. There was even a Tarot Card Reading Booth which added a mystical touch, delighting those seeking festive fortunes! All these activities filled the room with laughter and excitement, as participants showcased their competitive spirit and vied to win fun prizes.

Christmas Dinner
Dinner was the highlight of the evening, as everyone came together to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. The communal tables were filled with chatter and laughter, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was heartwarming to see such a vibrant mix of international students — Myanmar, Vietnamese, and Nigerian — sharing stories, exchanging cultural traditions, and bonding over the shared experience of the festive season. Our SBS marketing interns also joined in the fun, adding to the lively conversations and sense of community that brought everyone closer. The evening truly embodied the holiday spirit, leaving many with cherished memories.        

Live Music by M.A.S Band                                                                                                                                                                      

The night went on with a live music concert by M.A.S Band, featuring captivating performances that had everyone singing along and dancing. Their energy and talent lit up the room, creating an electric atmosphere as the crowd cheered for their favorite tunes. The band delighted the audience with a mix of Christmas classics and popular hits, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. Guests swayed, clapped, and even formed impromptu dance circles, showcasing the joy and unity that defined the night.

Wrapping up the night  

The night concluded with a nostalgic “SBS Wrapped” video, highlighting SBS students’ memorable moments and achievements of 2024. The recap video brought smiles and warm reflections as students and staff revisited the milestones that made the year remarkable. The evening concluded with the highly anticipated Secret Santa gift exchange, filling the room with laughter and delight as attendees unwrapped their thoughtful gifts. It was a heartwarming end to a night that celebrated connection, joy, and the holiday spirit.
