Program

Students participating in the joint study abroad program between SBS and SHMS will study on a 3-year schedule including the first 2 years at SBS and the remaining 1 year at SHMS (Including 6 months of paid internship). . Details of the yearly program are as follows:

Each school year at SBS is divided into 3 semesters. After every 2 theoretical semesters, students have a full-time internship at 5-star hotels and resorts at home and abroad.

When transferring to Switzerland, students will have the first 6 weeks of orientation with the following subjects:

  • Hospitality English
  • Academic English and Research skills
  • Swiss Hospitality Excellence

After 6 weeks of orientation, students will enter the final semester (18 weeks) with one of two narrow major options:

Mr. John A. Daly is a famous professor in the field of hotel and tourism management training with more than two decades of experience. As General Director at Phu Quoc Hotel Academy and Saigon Hotel Academy, he has contributed significantly to the development of the hotel and tourism industry in Asia. With nineteen years at the Swiss Education Group, including roles such as Dean of the Montreux Hotel Institute and Director of Quality Assurance, John has raised the bar for hospitality education globally. . He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Hotel Management, International Tourism and Education.

TUITION FEES

With the goal of giving Vietnamese students the opportunity to study abroad and receive a prestigious Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from one of the best universities in the world, the Associate Bachelor of Hotel Management program between SBS and SHMS is divided into 2 phases with detailed costs as follows:

Notes:
The above costs do not include living expenses. Students going to Switzerland are required to stay on the SHMS campus. Total cost including tuition, accommodation, and living on campus is CHF 40,000 (for 6 months of study at SHMS)

SCHOOLARSHIP

For the first 2 years in Vietnam, students have the opportunity to receive a variety of scholarships from SBS, with values ​​ranging from 10 - 100%. For more details, please see the school's admission information page.

When transferring to Switzerland, SBS students are given priority by SHMS with scholarships exclusively for strategic partners, with a value of 15 - 30% of tuition fees.
