SBS Celebrates Success of students at the TARUMT x ACCA Business Game in Penang, Malaysia

Saigon Business School (SBS) is proud to announce that our team of students achieved 2nd Runner-Up in the prestigious Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT) x ACCA Business Game , an international competition held in Penang, Malaysia. This remarkable achievement earned them a well-deserved cash prize of 1,000 ringgit and recognition for their resilience, creativity, and teamwork.
The TARUMT x ACCA Business Game is a unique platform that allows students to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications. It nurtures an entrepreneurial spirit through hands-on business experience and challenges participants to develop essential soft skills, including presentation, communication, writing, and time and stress management. Our students demonstrated exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and teamwork, and their innovative approach impressed the judges, solidifying their position as a leading team in this highly competitive event.

SBS also hosted the Recognition Ceremony on 27th November to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the students at the TAR UMT x ACCA Business Challenge Game. During the ceremony, Dr. Hoang Van Cuong, Managing Director of SBS, commended the team for their exceptional collaboration, innovation, and ability to learn beyond the classroom. He expressed immense pride in their perseverance and extended gratitude to the partner company for its unwavering support. Adding to the awards, Mr. Hieu Dinh , CEO of Nuoa.io, also participated and applauded the team’s resilience and remarkable ability to turn challenges into triumphs, emphasizing their adaptability and dedication to success.
Their journey was not without its challenges. The team overcame hurdles such as travel setbacks, including a misplaced passport and a missed flight, and stepped out of their comfort zone by participating in their first English class. These experiences only strengthened their resolve and showcased their determination to succeed.
