Mr. Võ Đức Duy, a lecturer in the Customer Experience Management program at SBS, shared in-depth knowledge on dining etiquette and cultural expression in international settings. Dining etiquette extends beyond the proper use of cutlery to include sophisticated communication and interaction in formal environments, enabling individuals to confidently attend events. The workshop was not only educational but also lively and engaging, featuring mini-games that allowed students to learn while interacting with their peers.
