Program Outline

Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Data Science program at SBS will be trained for 3 years (the first year in Vietnam and the next 2 years can choose to study in Vietnam or take the opportunity to transfer to other universities in the world such as Deakin University, Australia) with specific subjects as follows:


Students start their first year with "Foundation" subjects, providing essential knowledge and a solid foundation while introducing them to the field

Students will transfer to Australia and continue exploring the entire lifecycle of data to develop a deep understanding of how information is created, collected, processed, analyzed, and used to make strategic decisions.

  • Professional Practice in Information Technology

Additionally, each semester, students will take an Elective or Minor


“Finish” will be the final step in the process of earning a bachelor's degree in Data Science. The subjects in the third year will mainly support students to equip them with practical career skills to be ready to enter the global labor market.

To ensure the best training quality, students need to ensure the following conditions to enter SBS

High school graduation or equivalent
Grade 12 GPA of 7.0 or higher or National High School Exam score of 18 points or higher
English level: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent or higher (if not, you can join the preparatory English semester of the school)


If not transferring to Australia, can students study in Vietnam?

If you cannot transfer to Australia, students can still study full-time in Vietnam and receive a bachelor's degree in Data Science.
